•Prevention of Underage Labor
It is forbidden to hire underage labor. Employees under the age of 18 should not perform hazardous work and special protection is necessary to be provided to.
•Communication:
Employees are able to communicate and share opinions with management regarding working conditions and management practices without fear of reprisal, intimidation or harassment.
•Health and Safety:
We provide healthy and safe working environment to employees. Harmful substances from our products are eliminated. In order to protect our employees and get rid of harm from hazardous materials, we also provide well-training and protective facilities.
